The Landscape Project shown here had many before issues involving water in the residence basement, cracked patio, over grown trees, and not an inviting area as an outdoor sitting area.  The project was planned for over a year, but when the landscape plan was final it included several landscape elements .

The first element and a major one is drainage away from the foundation.  With underground pipe all rain water was diverted away.  Second was movement through out the outdoor space.  Good traffic flow allows less elbow touching and a relax setting.  Third was to keep the project as natural and maintenance free.  Fourth consideration was night time enjoyment with some accent lighting.  Fifth element is safety for the kids.  Allowing the kids to play on the patio and deck and not get hurt.
